A Love of Paradox

I love paradoxes. It shows me that the Universe has a sense of humour. So, I thought I would share with you some of the paradoxes I have discovered in my life…

The more I rest, the more I achieve.

Letting go is the only way to get my life under control.

Change is the only constant.

The things I need are those that I resist the most.

When searching for a suspected food intolerance, it will always be my favourite food.

I cannot change anyone else in this world, but I can change myself, which then will change those around me.

The only way to dissolve fear is to look it square in the face.

And last, but certainly not least…

It took a real man to teach me how to be a real woman.

Have you discovered any paradoxes in your life? Please share them with us in the comments section…

    • Lovely!! These paradoxes are really deep and subtle. It’s funny how we do for others what we need for ourselves 💖
It’s so beautiful that you’ve come to realise these contradictions in your life. I hope that you can now feel valued and create positive change in your life, with your eyes wide open to the truth 😊
      Thank you for sharing!!

  1. I came across this one, that resonates with me. “I remember nostalgia fondly” not mine a fellow blogger said this in one of his posts. I thought it was funny and true, I remember things from my childhood my kids will never know of, like record players, landline phones and tube counsel televisions lol. 🤔

    • Awesome! Yes, those were the days! I remember how excited we were when we got a colour TV! And we used to drink from the hose and lived to tell about it! My first computer had 1K of memory!! LOL! Thanks for your comment 😊
